Unsere Geschichte

1964
Aufgrund der engen Ortslage in Trebur siedelte der Hof aus; die Landwirtschaft bestand damals aus der Kuh- und Schweinehaltung und etwas Gemüsebau

1972
Nach der landwirtschaftlichen Ausbildung stieg Werner Ewald in den Familienbetrieb ein

1973
Neben der Hochzeit von Rosel und Werner Ewald wurde ab diesem Jahr großes Augenmerk auf den Ausbau des Gemüsebaus gelegt

1974-

1974
Die Rindviehhaltung wurde komplett abgeschafft und man konzentrierte sich vollständig auf die Schweinemast mit 220 Mastplätzen

1975
Es erfolgte der Einstieg in die Direktvermarktung und einmal wöchentlich der Verkauf der Produkte auf dem Markt

1992
Die Schweinemast wurde reduziert und eine große Halle für Maschinen und eine Kartoffellagerhalle gebaut
